What Dyenzo does
Every area of every module, in detail. Each belongs to a module you can buy on its own, and all of them come in Dyenzo One.
Quotes and pricing
Set your prices once. Every quote, store, website and Shopify order is priced by the same rules.
- Price grids by quantity break and ink colours, stitch count or print area, with different prices for dark and light garments
- Markups on garment cost, size upcharges and one-off setup fees, per colour where you need them
- Quotes customers open from a link to accept, ask for changes or decline, with a PDF copy
- Proofs customers approve online, version by version
- An AI helper that drafts a quote from an enquiry email, for your team to check before anything is saved
Online and fundraising stores
Your own website, and as many stores as your plan allows for the groups you supply.
- Team, school, club, company, fundraising and pop-up stores, each at its own address on your site
- Stores open and close on a date; the close makes one batch for production
- Send to each shopper, deliver to the group in one delivery, or let them collect
- A website builder for your shop's own site, on your own domain
- Card payments through Stripe into your own Stripe account, and pay on account for trusted customers
- Coupons, and prices shown or hidden for guests
3D and all-over-print studio
Customers and staff design on a 2D product or a 3D garment. Kits come out as print files with no artwork work by hand.
- Our garment library, plus garments you upload (by plan)
- Rosters pasted from a spreadsheet for names, numbers and sizes
- Print files for each player and each size, made on approval and never overwritten
- Print-readiness checks per method: resolution, size, safe zone, vector-only and more
- Embroidery stitch files read for size and stitch count
Production board and scanner
One job per decoration method on every order or store batch, moving through the stages you set.
- A board of jobs by stage; a job that is waiting for blanks or approval shows it
- Workflows per method, and a calendar of stations with their minutes per day
- Job tickets with barcodes, read by a standard keyboard scanner to move jobs on
- Order statuses follow production, so customers see where their order is
- Worksheets, pull sheets and packing lists for every store batch
Teamwear production
For sublimated teamwear: the team list goes in, and print and cut files for the whole order come out, nested on the roll.
- Each garment's real pattern pieces for every size, read from its plot file
- Print files graded per player size; logos and numbers keep their size and place from S to 3XL, and names condense to fit
- Pieces nested on the roll at 0 or 180 degrees, and a long order split into rolls of whole garments
- Cut files that match the print, and a check for art running off a piece or soft art
- Printers with their hot folders, cutters and fabric widths; a release nests at the fabric loaded, never wider than the printer prints
- Files delivered to the printer's hot folder with checksums, never overwritten, with an order separator on each roll
- Reprints by piece, each with a reason and who asked, made as their own marked roll, with a log you can export
- A 3D teamwear designer that shows the real print pieces, and an approval link for the customer
- A list of what open orders still need, turned into purchase orders per supplier
- Automatic purchasing that drafts or sends POs at a time you choose (off until you turn it on)
- Connects to S&S Activewear, SanMar and alphabroder for catalogues and ordering, or use your own CSV
- Receiving in parts, with issues and short closes recorded
- Stock on hand, held for orders, with a low-stock alert each morning
Money and accounting
Invoices with proper numbers, payments by link, and books that stay in step.
- Deposit, part and final invoices with gapless numbers, credit notes and refunds
- Payment links, statements, aging and a collections list
- Account credit, credit limits and month-end terms
- UK VAT built in; US sales tax through TaxJar with your own account
- Connects to QuickBooks Online or Xero
- Reports on sales, gross profit and tax, with exports
- Connects to EasyPost for live rates with your markup, and labels
- Flat-rate, free-above and collection delivery methods
- Tracking updates, and the order marked shipped with the first label
- Blind shipping under your customer's brand
