Orders flow in
Paid orders arrive, are priced by your grids and charged to the merchant's saved card, then go to production.
Your prices, not theirs
What a merchant charges on Shopify is their business. You are paid what your price grid says for the pieces and decoration.
- The merchant's catalogue is read from Shopify; nothing is pushed into their store
- An order that cannot be mapped or priced is held with the reason, and tried again when you fix it
- Card authentication is handled when a bank asks for it
- Only your lines are fulfilled, with tracking, when you ship
- Declines and cancel requests refund through Stripe in full
- Shopify's privacy requests are recorded for your team to answer
