ShopWorks OnSite in short

OnSite by ShopWorks is business management software for decorated apparel and promotional product companies. ShopWorks says it is designed for screen printers, embroidery companies and digital printers. It covers size matrices, job costing and production scheduling and tracking. Around OnSite, ShopWorks sells companion products: ProofStuff for online proofing, ManageOrders for customers and salespeople to check orders, track shipments and pay, and ShopWorks Pay, its own card and ACH payment processing.

How ShopWorks is priced (November 2026)

ShopWorks does not publish prices on its website. You request a demo and get a quote. Because proofing, customer order access and payments are separate products, ask which of them your quote includes, and whether there are setup, training or hosting costs, so you can compare the full cost with a system that includes them.

Everything in the browser

Dyenzo runs in any modern web browser, on a desktop, a laptop, a tablet or a phone. There is nothing to install, no server to keep in the back office and no remote desktop to sign in to. Updates arrive on their own. Your floor staff can scan job tickets with the camera on a phone, and your sales team can check an order from anywhere.

Proofs, portal and payments in the core

In Dyenzo, proofing is part of every order. Customers approve from a link, comment with a picture, and can approve several proofs at once. Reminders go out on their own when a proof waits. The customer portal shows customers their orders, designs and invoices, with tracking for each shipment, and lets them pay. Card payments go through Stripe on your own account, and you can also record bank transfer, cheque and cash, or let trusted customers pay on account within a credit limit.

Production for a large floor

  • Jobs split by decoration method, print location or order line, as you prefer.
  • Stages with a person assigned and a target time, so slow jobs stand out.
  • A production calendar with each station's minutes per day.
  • Job tickets with barcodes, scanned by USB scanner or phone camera.
  • Pieces produced counted per line, with one-step undo.
  • Hot folders that send print files and gang sheets to a station.
  • Roles and permissions so each person sees only what they need.

Stores and selling online

Dyenzo includes a website builder, an online designer and team, school, company and fundraising stores. Store orders close into one production batch. Orders from a Shopify store, and from Etsy, Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop, come into the same order list, priced by your own grids.

Who should stay on ShopWorks

If your shop has built its processes around OnSite and the team is happy, a move is a big project. Dyenzo is for shops that want everything in the browser, with stores, proofs and a customer portal included rather than bought one by one.

Facts about ShopWorks OnSite come from their own site and public reviews, checked in November 2026. Plans and prices change, so check their site for today's details.

Questions

Do I need a server for Dyenzo?

No. Dyenzo runs in the browser. There is nothing to install and nothing to host.

Can Dyenzo show job costing?

Yes. Staff allowed to see costs get the profit on each order and a gross profit report. Others never see blank costs or markup.

Can several staff work at once?

Yes. Everyone signs in with their own login and role, and the system shows who else is looking at the same record.
