Printavo in short
Printavo is print shop management software for screen printing, embroidery and sign shops in the US. It is known for a clean, simple layout that new staff pick up quickly. Quotes price themselves as you build them, customers approve art from one link, and the Power Scheduler lets you drag approved jobs onto a calendar to check capacity before you promise a date. Customers can pay invoices online. Printavo is part of the Taivo group (formerly Inktavo), which also owns InkSoft, GraphicsFlow and, since a 2025 merger, OrderMyGear. If you run a small US shop and mainly need clear job tracking, Printavo is a sound choice. This page is for shops that need more in one place, or that trade in the UK.
How Printavo plans are built (November 2026)
Printavo sells three plans: Lite, Standard and Premium. Each step up adds users, automations and features. Lite caps you at 20 quotes or invoices a month and two users. Standard adds unlimited quotes, shipping labels, packing slips and QuickBooks Online. Purchase orders, receiving, barcoding, production files, the Power Scheduler, Zapier and the API sit on Premium, which is priced through their sales team. Printavo Merch, its online store product, is an add-on on Standard and included on Premium. Printavo offers a free 7-day trial with no card. Prices change, so check printavo.com/pricing for today's figures.

Where Dyenzo goes further
Dyenzo is built for the whole decorated apparel business, not just the order desk. The same system that holds your quotes also runs your website, your online designer, your team stores and your supplier orders. A team store order is a normal order the moment it is paid, so it lands on the same production board as a walk-in job. Purchase orders, receiving and barcode tickets are not held back for a top tier. And Dyenzo was built for the UK as well as the US, with VAT, pounds and UK garment suppliers from day one.

Quotes priced the way decorators charge
Price grids in Dyenzo work out each line from the quantity, the number of colours, the print location and, for embroidery, the stitch count. Setup fees can be charged per screen. Garment costs come from your supplier feeds, so a quote uses today's blank price, not last year's. When the customer accepts, the quote becomes an order with nothing to retype. Deposits, part invoices and final invoices are issued from the order, and customers pay by card through Stripe.
Production you can see at a glance
Every order splits into jobs by decoration method. Jobs move across a production board by stage, and the production calendar shows what each station has booked against its minutes per day. Print a job ticket with a barcode, then scan it on the floor with a USB scanner or a phone camera to move the job on. DTF gang sheets, embroidery files and print-ready art are made from the approved proof, so the floor works from the version the customer signed off.

Stores that close into one batch
Team stores, school spirit wear stores, company stores and fundraising stores are part of Dyenzo. Each store opens and closes on time. When it closes, every paid order becomes one production batch with a worksheet, a pull sheet of blanks by size and a packing list. Player packs, names and numbers are built in. Fundraising totals are fixed on each order and payouts to the club are recorded. You can also take orders from a Shopify store, and from Etsy, Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop, into the same order list.

Purchasing and stock without an upgrade
Raise purchase orders for the blanks each job needs, grouped by supplier. Supplier feeds bring in catalogues, costs and stock from S&S Activewear, SanMar, BTC Activewear, Ralawise and others. Receive goods against the PO, in full or in part, and the jobs waiting on them move on. If you hold your own stock, Dyenzo tracks it and sets it aside for open orders.
Who should stay on Printavo
If your shop is in the US, you have a handful of staff, and you do not sell online stores or run your own website through your shop software, Printavo Lite or Standard may be all you need. It is simple and well supported. Dyenzo makes most sense when you want stores, a website, a designer and purchasing in the same system as your orders, or when you trade in pounds and charge VAT.
